VTG MCM toy Duncan yo-yo Butterfly on card Baraboo WI Flambeau

This is a vintage toy yo-yo on card. As to the exact date …I am sure you know more about it than me, going off of the font on the card. I feel that it’s from the 1970s

Found in a box of Christmas stuff at my mothers estate. I am thinking it missed going into Christmas stockings years ago. This did not have any plastic on it when I came across it. This has minor scuffs on edge. Did yo-yo have mold mfg imperfection ? It was up against some metal objects in box for possibly decades. There is also clearly a fingerprint actually molded into the plastic on the front. You can see it and feel it. It even goes under the butterfly sticker. and the yellow side white area is dull and shiny.  Please review pics. What I do know is that we didn’t use to keep our boxes or packaging on toys.. unfortunately.
To my knowledge this has never been played with, aka used. Nonetheless it is a cool Display piece. As is.
The string is yellowed, I can unwind only a couple times then I feel resistance. So I chose not to unwind if fully. I am happy to send more pics.
My items come from a clean, pet and smoke free home.
