Vintage Duncan Mardi Gras Return Top Yo-Yo

Description

One side is smooth. The other side has an uneven texture or “chunky” finish. It is also a little smaller in circumference. I don’t know if this was how it was made, or from use. It is hard to read the markings, but it is a Duncan Mardi Return Top.
It has gold flecks in it.
