This is 1998 Teen Skipper Fashion Avenue Outfit by Mattel.
Pieces include a long fishnet sleeved multi-colored top with a rainbow butterfly decal.
There is also a long black skirt with an orange waist and white braided rope tie.
Check the green shoes. Very colorful. The small blue glasses are very hip.
So fun - and it's Fashion Avenue!
New, never removed from box.
Excellent outfit in an excellent box with little to no shelf wear.  Stored away from dust and light in a climate controlled environment.
