These come in one length and one orientation as you see in the pictures. For my RX100, they face down. I found these very useful because of the 90 degree configuration and use them in my twin Sony cameras for stereo photography.

    Remote cable for Sony cameras with multiport.
    The plug is 90 degrees so it protects the camera port.
    The end is a common 2.5mm plug. You can attach a switch to this end to fire a camera. It supports two stage switches (focus, shutter release)
    These come in one length (120mm or a bit under 5 inches) and one orientation as you see in the pictures.
    For my RX100, they face down. (The camera shown in the pictures is an RX100)
    I found these very useful because of the 90 degree configuration (they protect the camera's port) and use them in my twin Sony cameras for stereo photography. You can connect a pair with a 2.5mm connector as I am showing in the pictures. There are a lot of possibilities.
